Nam Ho is a designer, entrepreneur, and musician. In 2009, he started Oh Man! Clothing as a way to bring more representation to Asian Americans in the fashion industry—something he felt was lacking at the time. Additionally, he wanted to show his community that it was possible to break away from the cultural expectations of becoming a lawyer, doctor, or engineer.
Oh Man!, which is his name spelled backwards, is a reflection of his life experiences and the affirmations he learned that he hopes will help guide others along their journey. In addition to his own brand, he has also designed for the likes of Pacsun, Kanye West’s Yeezus Tour, Been Trill, LRG, Mitchell & Ness, and Cookies SF.
Since then, Nam has started his journey as a musician and DJ going by the alias OHMS a.k.a. Oh Man! Sound. His goal is to inspire others to pursue the path that makes them happy, and also show that it is always possible to follow more than one path at the same time.
